Mark Lazarowicz, Member of Parliament (MP) for Edinburgh North and Leith gave a presentation today on “Setting up a Global Carbon Trading Scheme”.
It explored the feasibility of a global carbon trading scheme, along with the challenges facing such an endeavour.
